General Questions
What is Truckets?
Truckets is a trucking operations platform that connects a company-facing Trucking Portal with a Driver Mobile App. It supports dispatch, digital tickets, drivers, trucks, billing visibility, tracking, reporting, and operational records.
Who is Truckets built for?
Truckets is designed for local hauling, dump-truck, aggregate, construction, and other ticket-based trucking operations that need a clearer way to connect the office and the driver.
How does Truckets pricing work?
Truckets uses dispatch-ticket bundles instead of monthly seat fees. A dispatch ticket covers one driver’s accepted dispatch for the operating day, while multiple trips or loads can remain within that same dispatch ticket. View the Pricing page for current bundle options.

Do you charge for every individual trip or load?
No. Multiple trips or loads recorded within the same accepted dispatch remain part of that dispatch ticket. A new ticket is needed when the driver begins a new eligible dispatch, or when the work requires a new truck-per-day-per-job ticket record.
Can we begin with a smaller operation and grow later?
Yes. Companies can start with the ticket volume they expect to use and add bundle capacity as operations grow. Bundle discounts apply at published volume thresholds.
Can we import existing business records?
The Trucking Portal supports CSV import workflows for company, driver, and truck records, including an import format and instructions.
Trucking Portal
What can office users do in the Trucking Portal?
Authorized office users can manage jobs, dispatches, tickets, drivers, trucks, customers, staff access, ticket balances, billing activity, reports, exports, and selected operational tracking records.
Can a job be reused?
Yes. Jobs are reusable master records. The date a job is created is a reference date only; dispatches carry the operational dates and times used for the work.
How do digital tickets work in the Trucking Portal?
A ticket generally represents one truck, per day, per job. It may contain multiple loads or trips. Office users can review ticket status, corrections, evidence, signatures, approvals, and finalization in one workflow.
Who can access the Trucking Portal?
Company owners and authorized office staff can be assigned appropriate roles, such as administrator, operator, dispatcher, supervisor, or billing user. Access depends on company settings and role permissions.
Can a company monitor active work?
When enabled and available, authorized company users can review live active-job tracking, GPS logs, activity history, and operational events. Location-related functions are intended for active work rather than continuous personal tracking.
Is Time & Attendance required?
No. Time & Attendance is optional. A trucking company may enable driver clock-in and clock-out workflows. If it is not enabled, those actions and related mobile calculations are unavailable.
Can we review billing and reports?
Yes. The Trucking Portal provides ticket-balance and billing visibility, rate and settlement information, operational reporting, and export workflows for authorized users.
Driver Mobile App
How does a driver get access to the app?
The driver begins by entering the trucking company’s access code. After the code is verified, the driver sees the company-branded sign-in experience and completes authentication for that company.
Can drivers accept or decline dispatches?
Yes. Drivers can review pending dispatches, accept available work, or decline a dispatch with a required reason. Only one accepted dispatch may be active at a time.
Does the Driver Mobile App provide navigation?
The app provides pickup and delivery details and can open the route in the device’s preferred maps application, such as Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Can a driver correct a ticket after signing?
When a signature requires correction, the ticket can follow a controlled void-and-confirm workflow. The ticket is unlocked, corrected, and signed again so the operational record remains clear.
Can drivers message the office or ask for help?
Drivers can use company-scoped conversations with authorized office staff and access support workflows from the app. Available communication options depend on company settings and service availability.
When is the driver location tracked?
Location-related functions are intended only for active accepted dispatches or jobs, subject to company settings and device permissions. Tracking should stop when active work is completed.
Does the Driver Mobile App include Time & Attendance?
Only when the trucking company enables the optional Time & Attendance feature. When enabled, drivers can use clock-in and clock-out workflows during eligible operations. When disabled, related actions and calculations are unavailable.
